Hey there! My name is Kaitlyn Napier, travel and food extraordinaire. I’m born and raised in Kentucky without the slightest bit of country in me. Just kidding, maybe a little country. But don’t expect to read the word “ya’ll” in any of my posts.
Bowling Green, KY is where I call home, only a short 45 minute drive from Nashville. This is also the home state where the colonel first began frying chicken and calling it KFC, which probably explains my obsession with chicken strips (I’m a child at heart). Although Kentucky is where I call home, I love to travel. I strongly believe seeing new places, meeting new people, and experiencing new cultures pulls you out of your comfort zone and allows you to grow in more ways than you thought possible. It’s important to see why people believe, say, do, the things they do – even if you don’t agree.
In my early twenties, I’ve only accomplished so much. There is plenty more I hope to see and do in this lifetime. So far I have lived and worked in the biggest city in the US – New York City,
as well as simple, everyday things such as have a girls night
Check out my full bucket list HERE.
I hope by reading this blog you’re encouraged to live every moment of your life to the fullest. Life is too short to not be constantly curious about what’s out there. With that being said, I encourage you to make your own bucketlist. Where have you always said you wanted to go, but never got around to it? What is something you would like to try, but have never taken the steps to make it happen?
Give thanks always, and live every moment like it’s your last.
